Services
As "getting on the Internet" is still a main area of interest in our community, we have provided some comments on this on a separate page.
Our range of services covers:
- Supply and install of all the equipment you require, including modems/routers (Dial-up, Wireless, and ADSL), sound/speakers, printers, scanners, camera card readers, joysticks, TV tuners and almost anything you could possibly want - all you have to do is switch on!
- Assisting you to set up your Internet connection and email settings, whether you choose to use BigPond, TSN or another Internet Service Provider.
- Setting up a network to link computers together for file sharing or transfer, or so that all can access the Internet at the same time.
- Upgrades and additional items of pripheral equipment, such as DVD burners, video editing cards and software, TV cards - so that you can watch the cricket while working or record TV programmes to watch later.
- Clean re-installation of Operating System and application programs if the worst should happen, including data recovery where feasible and the cost is justified.
As a general rule, we do not provide on site teaching or coaching. This is available at the Mangrove Mountain Computer Club.
